SHIPPING DELAYS: COVID-19 is having a major impact on carrier operations, causing delays in many parts of the network. In addition to this, carriers have been instructed by the government to prioritise medical supplies and other essential freight items, which means non-essential freight items will travel a little slower. Rest assured the carriers are doing everything they can to deliver your parcels as quickly as possible but please understand there will be delay

  • Postage will be a flat rate of $8.95 for all Australian order or FREE for any order over $65 
  • All Subscription Boxes will be shipped out on 24th of every month.
  • We will be using Australia Post or Sendle as our delivery partners.
  • Please allow 2-3 working days for handling (only applies to one-off orders/gift boxes)

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. All orders delivered require a signature or a card will be left advising you to call for a re-delivery.

We do try to get the products to you at our best speed, however we cannot assume responsibility for delays with courier and Australia post delivery times, or delays caused by missed deliveries.

Local Pick-Ups

Customers in Sydney will also have the option to pick up their orders from our location at Quakers Hill. Appointments must be arranged with us for pick up orders.
